I am sad to report I have sustained an injury that will require a pause for now. It has been wonderful to meet some of you. Doctor's orders, I am out of commission for the season. So sad, just getting rolling.
Maybe next summer!

In addition to all this yoga fun, I am also a mother of two grown children, a former elementary educator and doula. Yoga has emerged as a sanity-saving device and productive alternative to crying on the kitchen floor.
